Maksi +, a 150g three-ply roofing membrane from OZKLUX, offers high vapour permeability, ideal for insulated and ventilated pitched roofs, including full cladding. Its increased tear resistance improves working comfort. It is suitable for a variety of roof types, including concrete tiles, ceramic tiles, metal tiles, aluminium sheets and also in framed construction. Option available with 2 self-adhesive strips - BA2 system.

Description:
The Maksi + roofing membrane is used as the first layer for insulated, ventilated and pitched roofs, including those with full cladding. It is not necessary to leave a ventilation space between Maksi + and the thermal insulation (mineral wool, glass wool, etc.), which allows direct contact with the insulation. The final roof covering must always be installed over Maksi + using a batten and a counter-batten. Maksi + is suitable for use under almost all types of roof covering, particularly ceramic tiles, concrete tiles, metal tiles, aluminium sheets, etc.

How to use it:
Eurovent® MAXI PLUS roof underlay is used as an initial covering for insulated and ventilated pitched roofs, also in full boarding. It is perfect for roof and attic renovation using "reverse technology". The product does not require a ventilation gap between the screen and the thermal insulation (mineral wool, glass wool, etc.), which means that the screen can be in direct contact with the insulation. The final roof must always be installed over the screen using a batten and counter-batten. It can be used under almost any type of roof, particularly under ceramic and concrete tiles, metal tiles, aluminium sheets etc.
